Main Responsibilities      
  • Administration (as required by the Management) of Active Directory, Microsoft Office365, Sharepoint.
  • Performing daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
  • Performing regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
  • Prepare technical implementation plans that provide integrated solutions.
  • Be responsible for passing technical and security internal and external audits.
  • Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.
  • Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
  • Make sure that various equipment are in good condition at all time.
  • Managing the troubleshooting or replacement of IT equipment.
  • Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
  • Liaise with the HR Department to on-board new staff with IT equipment, log-ons, documentation/demo of systems as required.
  • Maintain inventory of hardware, peripheral units and software licenses.
  • Consulting and acquiring of hardware and software as per requests from management.
Requirements      
  • Extensive knowledge in Windows networking environment (Active Directory, Microsoft Office365, Sharepoint).
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Skilled in designing, implementing and administering IT solutions and technologies.
  • Proactive mindset
  • Able to work well within a team and on own initiative.
  • Technically minded with good communication skills.
